How Long Do I Have To Make A Return?

You have a maximum of 30 days from the date of your purchase to make a return. Your return package must be postmarked within 30 days after the purchase date. Returns postmarked after 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.

 

How Do I Make A Return?

  1. Please contact us before sending the item back to us for a refund. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

 

  1. Write your order number on the package, like RVR0001 to make your package be recognized easily, so we can solve your problem as soon as possible.

 

  1. After we make sure that we have received the return package, we will contact you and give you a refund or an exchange.

 

  1. Please note that no refund shall be settled unless the returned items are correctly shipped according to the respective shipping labels. If there are multiple shipping labels for more than 1 item to be returned, please do not mix them up.

 

Do I Have To Pay For Shipping When I Return Something?

  1. The shipping fee charged by the courier company, so the returning shipping fee will be afforded by your side.

 

  1. No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return if any items are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault.

 

Important Notice

  1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the Return Label we provide.

 

  1. Please make sure the products are unused and will not affect the secondary sales. If you return an item that does not qualify for a return under the return policy, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and to send the item back to you.

 

  1. We offer the full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or customer's own fault cannot apply for the refund.

 

REFUNDS

 

  1. For products that are returned in accordance with this return Policy, refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your return package. Unfortunately, due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3–5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

  1. The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.
